Key Responsibilities
- The role is responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable cloud-native and DevOps solutions to support Telecom OSS/BSS platforms, with a strong focus on automation, reliability, and performance across fiber and broadband network environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain serverless and data-driven workflows using AWS services such as AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and AWS Glue, ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, aligning with Telecom OSS/BSS requirements for fiber and broadband networks.
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Terraform, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and compliance.
- Build, enhance, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, enabling reliable and automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Develop automation, orchestration, and integration solutions using Python, integrating AWS services and enterprise systems.
- Optimize deployment workflows and cloud environments for performance, availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Splunk, proactively identifying and resolving system issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting across cloud infrastructure and application layers to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including architecture, OSS/BSS, network, QA, and operations to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to cloud and DevOps best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Support production environments, ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
