Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients for month-end and year-end closing
  • Handle GST computations and submission
  • Handle payroll computations and CPF submission monthly
  • Advise clients on matters relating to accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary
  • Liaison with government authorities such as IRAS when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts and deadlines

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in accounting with at least 1 – 3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in Sage50, Quickbooks and ABSS
  • Able to work well independently and as a team, handling stress under tight deadlines with commitment
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people of all levels, with a good command in English
  • Experience working in client accounting service.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
