Asbestos Analyst/Consultant, North East, £32-35k + Company Vehicle, & Benefits

My client is an established and successful consultancy experiencing sustained growth and is looking for an additional P403/404 qualified Asbestos Analyst to join their team.

Location: North East, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 'Management' and 'Refurbishment & Demolition' asbestos surveys.
• Liaise daily with clients, contractors, representatives and members of the public.
• Carry out a range of air testing, including leak tests, 4‑stage clearance and issuance of re‑occupation certificates.
• Conduct bulk sampling within the region.
• Support office growth and other duties as directed by the Regional Manager.

Requirements

• Held a similar position and be qualified in both P403 and P404.
• Full driving licence.
• DBS cleared.
• Reside in the United Kingdom and hold full leave to remain. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
