Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Education sector to join our London Real Estate team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover. You will also have the opportunity to work on live projects, leading small to medium‑size complex commissions and supporting major new‑build schemes in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market‑leading Health and Education Division.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and secure resources for education‑related projects or programmes, using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Lead and manage project teams and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies
  • Ensure projects stay on track and deliver on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards
  • Build, sustain and facilitate relationships with stakeholders in the education sector, ensuring effective communication and engagement
  • Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of education projects, using appropriate metrics and indicators
  • Evaluate the impact and benefits of education projects, using evidence‑based methods and tools

Qualifications

  • Post‑graduate level professional qualification in project management (must be internationally recognised)
  • Degree in a relevant field (preferable)
  • Experience in Education projects, such as schools, universities, or research institutions
  • Strong contract administration skills, especially with NEC contracts
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and resources
  • Knowledge of UK Department for Education guidelines, funding mechanisms, and project management tools

SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
