Overview
We are delighted to be supporting a long‑standing consultancy client based in London's West End with their search for a Senior Project Manager. The role will be part of a Project Management team delivering a complex masterplan in London, working with a high‑profile developer.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will deliver a large retail programme within the wider development, ensuring retail units are ready for incoming occupiers. The role involves site visits across London and working closely with the developer to manage project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should come from a consultancy background with experience in JCT D&B contract administration and an Employers Agent capacity. Experience in retail, fit‑out, and shell & core across commercial (office) projects is preferred.
Commitment
Due to the urgency of this role, candidates will need to provide a 4‑week/1‑month notice period and be available to start by the end of June.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to £80,000 per annum, accompanying a generous benefits package.
