- Background in engineering delivery within a regulated environment, including the CAA and Military Aviation Authority frameworks.

- Support bid activity and shape technical solutions with stakeholders
- Manage engineering risk, regulatory compliance and performance targets
Your experience
- Apprenticeship or degree in aeronautical, electrical or mechanical engineering
- Strong understanding of civil and defence regulatory frameworks
- Ability to navigate changing environments and maintain programme stability
- Clear communication skills with senior stakeholders
