Service Engineer (Recycling Equipment)
£45,000 ‑ £50,000 per annum + Overtime OTE £65,000 + Profit Share + Door to Door Pay + Van + 31 Days Holiday

We are looking for a Service Engineer with experience on balers, compactors, shredders or similar, who can work as a field service operator covering the South East primarily and also within a 3‑hour radius of the home, with occasional UK-wide travel.
This role involves performing installations, servicing and repairs on waste and recycling equipment, primarily within a 3‑hour radius of your home but with some UK‑wide travel when needed. You will be trained to a high standard in‑house then placed on extra courses if needed, allowing you to become a multi‑skilled master in the industry.
The Role:
- Installation, repairs and servicing of waste handling equipment.
- Working on compactors, balers, shredders and similar.
- Covering the South East primarily, with some UK‑wide travel when needed.
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
- Overtime available: 1.5×, roughly 10–15 hours a week.
The Person:
- Experience working on balers, compactors, shredders or similar.
