You will be responsible for leading the conceptualisation and realisation of electrical systems for building services ventures, encompassing lighting, power distribution, security, and more.
What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses and engage with engineers and stakeholders to delineate project requisites and objectives.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring all electrical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Contribute to tender preparations and client engagements to secure new ventures and nurture enduring client relations.
- Stay abreast of industry dynamics, technological advancements, and optimal methodologies to infuse innovative approaches into project schematics.
- Advocate for sustainability and energy‑efficient methodologies in electrical system designs.
Who you are
- Aspired Senior Electrical Engineer with experience in services engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Profound expertise in electrical systems for building services (lighting, power distribution, security).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.
- Acquaintance with UK building codes, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability benchmarks.
- Robust analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, essential for fostering collaboration with team members and clients.
