Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per year depending on experience + company benefits.

360 Talent London is partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion house to build a strong team for its flagship boutique in London. We are looking for experienced Client Advisors with a solid background in menswear who can confidently work across all departments, including ladieswear. The ideal candidate will bring an existing client book, with the ability to further develop relationships, attract new clientele, and drive business through exceptional service and styling expertise.

Key Requirements

• Strong menswear experience within luxury retail
• Proven client book or strong clienteling skills
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Confident working across both menswear and ladieswear and leading by example with the team
• Passion for styling, storytelling, and delivering a personalised experience
