Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training across diagnostics, EV/hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics, emissions and chassis technologies
- Translate complex technical concepts into practical and engaging training content
- Adapt training delivery methods to suit varying levels of technical ability
- Support the development and continuous improvement of course materials and practical exercises
- Ensure training content aligns with industry standards, legislation and product developments
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance data
- Gather delegate feedback to support continuous course improvements
- Support technical demonstrations, events and customer engagement activities
- Prepare workshop environments, vehicles and diagnostic equipment ahead of training sessions
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and training partners
- Work collaboratively with technical and support teams to maintain consistent messaging
- Stay up to date with evolving vehicle technologies and automotive industry developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering technical training within the automotive sector
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics and emerging technologies
- Experience with EV/hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing technical training content for classroom or online learning
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- High level of IT literacy and familiarity with e‑learning platforms
- Ability to engage effectively with technical audiences and stakeholders
- Customer‑focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience working within a global or matrix organisation is advantageous
