  • Manage temporary accommodation sites and ensure safety and compliance
  • Support residents to become tenancy-ready
  • Monitor repairs, cleanliness, and fire safety
  • Work closely with contractors, housing colleagues, and external agencies
  • Engage residents in shaping future housing services

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in housing, social work, or community care
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding and vulnerable groups
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to work evenings/weekends

  • Salary: Salary circa £29,000 per annum plus flexible benefits of up to £1,941 per annum and vehicle allowance of up to £2,683 per annum
