What You’ll Do
- Manage temporary accommodation sites and ensure safety and compliance
- Support residents to become tenancy-ready
- Monitor repairs, cleanliness, and fire safety
- Work closely with contractors, housing colleagues, and external agencies
- Engage residents in shaping future housing services
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in housing, social work, or community care
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and vulnerable groups
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Full driving licence and flexibility to work evenings/weekends

- Location: Woking (Hybrid working available)
- Salary: Salary circa £29,000 per annum plus flexible benefits of up to £1,941 per annum and vehicle allowance of up to £2,683 per annum
