The Role

  • Continue development of serverless, event-driven integrations on AWS
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
  • Develop and enhance APIs supporting Nutrition platform features
  • Work on health claims calculation logic and data processing pipelines
  • Automate infrastructure and deployments using CloudFormation and Azure DevOps
  • Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable
  • Identify and resolve security issues within the ODS ecosystem
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver ongoing project work

Skills Needed

  • Strong experience with Node.js backend development
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, EventBridge)
  • Experience working with serverless architectures
  • Knowledge of messaging services such as Amazon SQS
  • Familiarity with DynamoDB, S3, and OpenSearch
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation preferred)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
