You take the baton once a client signs. The founders get them through the door; you make sure they get the unfair advantage with governr, are delighted, and become our fans.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and implementation: walk new clients through their first 90 days, coordinate technical setup, generate first reports to the executive committee, and hand over into business‑as‑usual.
  • Ongoing relationship: serve as the named point of contact, run weekly check‑ins, quarterly reviews, AI innovation and regulatory update sessions; keep accounts healthy and senior stakeholders confident.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in consulting (Big 4 or boutique), a regulated bank or insurer, fintech, or risk/compliance function.
  • Obsessive attention to detail, calm under senior scrutiny, and strong written communication skills.
  • Passionate about AI, risk management, and decision analytics; keeps up to date on AI developments and regulatory updates.
  • Minimum 3 days in‑office in London or New York at this stage.

What we’re not looking for

Someone who expects a playbook handed to them and optimises for title. A 9‑to‑5.
