  • Promote a positive, passionate culture and ensure high quality, person‑centred care
  • Ensure services are appropriately and effectively resourced to achieve positive outcomes
  • Work with individuals who present behaviours requiring intensive support planning and management
  • Use basic IT systems required for the role (training will be provided)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working in a health or social care setting
  • Leadership experience supervising support workers
  • Experience with people requiring intensive support planning and behavior management
  • Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3, Care Management Level 3)
  • Ability to use basic IT systems
