Location: Birchwood, England

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the reception area and welcome visitors and staff
  • Liaise with tenants on a daily basis
  • Book meeting rooms
  • Ensure cleaning standards are adhered to
  • Maintain building check sheets, including daily checks of toilets and showers
  • Coordinate with Facilities Manager on small maintenance works and paint touch‑ups
  • Check presentation of the building exterior
  • Maintain high levels of customer service for tenants
  • When applicable, operate the building’s amenity area, ensuring coffee machines, vending machines, and communal exercise area are operational
  • Close down building and amenity area at the end of day, ensuring readiness for next day
  • Liaise with senior management on site

Requirements: Own transport required.
