We are currentlyseeking experienced Project Managers to join our teams based in London and Cambridge.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the daily managementof our commercial fit-out projects, which range in value from £500K to over£15M. You will oversee the client journey from start to finish and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing a multi-disciplinary team and subcontractors.
- Overseeing project programs, design, quality management, and health and safety throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience at the Project Manager level.
- Experience in commercial fit-out.
- A background in trade, technical, or a relevant degree is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction process.
Key Qualifications
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated success in delivering fit-out projects.
- Experience acting as an on-site client representative/liaison.
- Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary site team.
- Experience in handling day-to-day operational issues effectively.

- Capable of preparing closeout schedules, including operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals.
- Strong presentation skills with experience in the work-winning process, including bids and interviews.
