Key responsibilities
- Deliver marketing and business development plans across multiple disputes practice areas, with a primary focus on real estate, construction and international arbitration
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to identify opportunities for new business, cross‑selling and client development
- Lead and support pitches, proposals, capability statements and panel submissions in collaboration with global proposal teams
- Manage and support practice‑led campaigns, events and client initiatives, including follow‑up and ROI tracking
- Produce and coordinate marketing materials, publications, competitive intelligence and matter highlights
- Support directory and awards submissions, coordinating input and drafting content as required
- Drive effective internal and external communications, including CRM activity and client communications
Key requirements
- Proven marketing and business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to work directly with senior partners and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- Confident, professional and willing to contribute ideas and new ways of working
