Matlock & Dales Primary Partnership are seeking an organised and reliable Clerk to support the governance of our local schools: All Saints CE Federation, St Giles (Matlock), Darley Churchtown, and Bakewell.
About The Role
This is a flexible, part-time position supporting approximately 12 meetings per year (mostly evenings, term-time). You will play a key role in ensuring meetings run smoothly by preparing agendas, taking clear minutes, and maintaining accurate records. There may be opportunities for additional hours.
What you’ll do
- Organise and support governor meetings
- Prepare agendas and take concise minutes
- Follow up on actions and maintain records
- Support communication between governors and school leaders
About You
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good written skills
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable using basic IT systems
