About the Role
Operations Support Managers will work closely with the Operations Manager to support a portfolio of sites within the region, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operation and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage, inspire, and engage teams across multiple sites.
- Track and drive the restaurants’ profit contribution, balancing commercial performance with quality and service.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver our goal of feeding more students with better food.
- Provide hands‑on support in kitchens when required.
- Communicate confidently at all levels, from kitchen staff to boardroom.
- Create clear, professional spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office to showcase performance and results.
Qualifications
- Experience managing at least four sites, supporting and guiding Chef Managers.
- Chef by trade with a willingness to step into the kitchen.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and highly organised with strong prioritisation ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Benefits
52 weeks per year, 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays.
Pay: £40,000 per year plus car allowance of £3,840 per year (paid monthly).
Bonus potential up to 10% of salary (discretionary).
