We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee a team of five compliance analysts in Bristol. The role begins in January and involves day‑to‑day supervision, escalation management and process‑improvement support for fellow team leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of five compliance analysts.
- Handle day‑to‑day responsibilities and escalated queries.
- Support fellow team leaders with process improvements and advice.
- Report on progress with ongoing compliance issues.
- Maintain high communication, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams in AML, KYC and CDD.
- Background in law firm or financial services environments.
- Strong communication, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
- Ability to report on progress and manage compliance issues.
- Availability to start within the next month.
