A highly regarded property consultancy in South London is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver mixed-use developments. This Project Manager role is ideal for a confident construction project manager seeking greater client exposure. The Project Manager will manage residential and commercial schemes ranging from 5m-30m.
The Project Manager will oversee procurement, programme and cost management while acting as Employer’s Agent and coordinating consultants and contractors throughout delivery.
The ‘Project Manager’s’ role
Manage JCT contracts
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Monitor programme and cost control
Chair progress meetings
Manage project risk
You must have prior construction consultancxy epeience to be considered for this role.
The ‘Project Manager’
Degree qualified
MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB desirable
Strong consultancy background essential
Mixed-use project experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
