The CAD Room is growing fast—and we’re looking for a talented Senior BIM Co‑ordinator (MEP) to help shape the future of our digital engineering delivery. If you thrive on solving Stage 5 MEP complex coordination challenges, producing high‑quality models, and driving best‑practice BIM workflows, this is your next big move.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the production and coordination of detailed MEP models using Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage
  • Take ownership of federated models, clash detection and multi‑discipline co‑ordination
  • Champion ISO 19650 compliance and ensure client information requirements are met
  • Produce drawings, schedules and technical documentation to a high standard
  • Support BEPs and contribute to continuous digital process improvements
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with clients and project teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a BIM MEP coordination role
  • Strong Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks capability
  • Solid understanding of MEP building services and engineering principles
  • Experience with stage 5 installability and buildability
  • Familiarity with BIM standards, CDE platforms and QA processes
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Dynamo, COBie or automation experience is a bonus
