Mazco Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company based in Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled programmer looking for a predominantly offline programming role within a modern machining environment.

The Role

  • 80% CAD/CAM programming
  • 20% hands‑on machining
  • Producing programs for precision‑machined components
  • Editing and optimising existing programs
  • Working closely with the shop floor and engineering team
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a CAD/CAM Programming role
  • Strong experience using OneCNC or Edgecam
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • CNC machining knowledge and practical machining experience
  • Experience within precision engineering/manufacturing environments

Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 12:00pm

Pay

  • Up to £23.00 per hour depending on experience
