As a Student Lettings Administrator, what’s in it for you?
- £28,000 – £30,000 salary dependent on experience
- No weekends!
- Early finish on Fridays

Your role as a Student Lettings Administrator:
- Act as the point of contact for all replacement and new student tenancies
- Auditing – making sure all properties have the correct paperwork
- Maintain accurate records – organisation is key
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to schedule inspections – building relationships is important!
- Manage social media channels to promote available stock
- Assist with onboarding new managed properties to ensure we’ve got everything we need
- Assist with deposit returns, renewals, viewings and all things Lettings!
What we're looking for from a Student Lettings Administrator:
- Previous experience in lettings is preferred and student lettings experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication & people skills
- A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Solid IT skills & attention to detail
- A well‑presented and professional approach
- Punctuality & great organisational skills
