- Champion best practices and foster a strong engineering culture.
- Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their professional growth.
Frontend Engineering Manager Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager
- A natural people leader – energetic, collaborative, and passionate about mentoring.
- Experience managing stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
