£20m turnover technology business working in the Business to Government (B2G) space. The company enables suppliers of all types to successfully tender for, win, and fulfil Government contracts. It offers a wide range of solutions including SaaS, data, pricing, events, digital services, and email marketing. Customers include Babcock, BT, o2, Virgin Media, and Experian.

The role is a new business sales position fed by a strong marketing team that generates many inbound leads. The role is primarily based from the company’s modern offices in Salford Quays, with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak to sales and marketing contacts within commercial businesses to identify opportunities to sell into UK government.
  • Execute solution-led selling across a portfolio of products and services.
  • Communicate effectively at all corporate levels through written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) of B2B solution sales experience across any industry (tech, software, financial, business, legal).
  • Based in Greater Manchester or willing to relocate to Greater Manchester.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to engage with decision makers.
