We’re hiring a Lead Engineer to join a prestigious food manufacturer as they push towards world‑class manufacturing. This is a role for someone who wants to lead, influence, and genuinely improve performance — not just keep things running.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading a shift engineering team in a fast‑paced FMCG environment
• Driving reliability through proactive maintenance & continuous improvement
• Getting to the root cause of recurring issues
• Partnering with production to boost uptime and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• Multiskilled engineer (electrically biased), NVQ Level 3+
• Experience within FMCG or manufacturing
• Strong communicator who can influence across teams
• IOSH / CMMS knowledge (nice to have)
• A proactive, resilient, always‑learning mindset
