We're partnering with a global technology organisation looking to hire a Technical Solutions Consultant to support enterprise customers and strategic partners across complex web-based implementations and technical integrations.

This is a customer-facing technical role suited to someone who enjoys solving implementation challenges, troubleshooting web technologies, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Supporting partner and customer implementations
Troubleshooting technical and integration issues
Working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web technologies
Investigating and resolving escalations
Collaborating with product, engineering and external stakeholders
Improving repeatable processes and technical solutions
Providing technical guidance throughout delivery lifecycles

Key requirements

Fluent in Japanese and English
Experience in a customer-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting and debugging experience
Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and browser/web technologies
Experience supporting integrations, implementations or technical onboarding projects
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
