We are a growing financial planning business based in Leeds, looking for a paraplanner to support our two senior planners who advise clients with over £1m in assets.
Package
Starting salary: £30,000‑£35,000 depending on experience and exam progress.
On top of salary you will receive a recent generous bonus, pension contribution, discretionary incentive (DIS) 4 ×, and support with exams.
Holiday entitlement: 25 days, plus the office shuts down over Christmas, providing an extra 2‑3 days off each year.
Flexible working: office-based with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the two senior planners on over‑£1m portfolios.
- Provide client contact, cash‑flow modelling, and lifestyle financial planning support.
- Assist in preparing reports, research and technical work for the team.
- Contribute to the team's learning culture and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Approximately 12 months of paraplanning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in an administrative role with exposure to reports, research or technical tasks.
- Strong willingness and capacity to learn quickly and achieve level 4, with ambition to progress further.
