Responsibilities

  • Lead a highly skilled, long‑serving team, sharing knowledge to foster continuous development.
  • Plan, schedule and oversee all production activities in the facility.
  • Maintain and improve workflow to reduce bottlenecks and downtime.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and quality and performance objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative and admin support teams to meet client needs.
  • Champion the strategic vision, core purpose and core values of the client.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a managerial role within the Direct Mail sector.
  • Strong ability to motivate and support staff to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment, a "can do" attitude, and the capacity to build authentic relationships.
  • Must reside in the United Kingdom and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
