Product Owner – Customer & Commercial Systems
London, Luton, Leicester, Sheffield (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Up to £60,000 + Benefits
A large-scale UK consumer services organisation is expanding its Product function and is hiring multiple Product Owners across Customer, Commercial and Operations domains.
These roles sit within a newly structured product-led environment, working across a diverse portfolio of systems and platforms that support customer experience, revenue generation and operational efficiency.
This is an opportunity to work across complex, business-critical products, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation and playing a key role in shaping how products are delivered moving forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and maintaining a prioritised backlog aligned to business and customer needs
- Translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working closely with engineering and platform teams to deliver product improvements
- Participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectationsIdentifying and managing dependencies across systems and teams
- Supporting delivery through clarification, prioritisation and ongoing refinement
- Monitoring product performance and using data to inform future enhancements
What They’re Looking For
- Experience working as a Product Owner or similar role in a delivery-focused environment
- Strong backlog management and user story writing experience
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage expectations
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
