Excel Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Vice Principal to oversee Deep Support at Carr Infant School. This pivotal role is designed to drive high standards, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure the safety and welfare of every pupil.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of School in all aspects of leadership, specifically overseeing the Deep Support and inclusion agenda.
- Identify improvement priorities and deputise for the Head of School when required.
- Maintain high expectations for yourself and your pupils; act as an outstanding role model for teaching and learning.
Qualifications
- Resilient, reflective leader who demonstrates high expectations for personal and pupil achievement.
- Proven experience as an excellent primary classroom practitioner with a track record of strong pupil outcomes.
- Early Years experience is highly desirable.
