  • Own and manage the sales functions of the division.
  • Build a strong client base and develop a successful team.
  • Drive business expansion and increase revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Align sales strategies with senior management and guide long‑term objectives.
  • Build relationships with customers and vendors, and lead a sales team.
  • Help clients manage budgets and creative strategy across channels.
  • Utilise the agency’s buying power and global infrastructure to secure competitive print supply.

Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of increasing revenue in print or print management.
  • Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills for building relationships with customers and vendors.
  • In‑depth knowledge of marketing demands across all channels and ability to implement solutions.
  • Hands‑on ability and immediate commitment to selling over the first one to two years.
