Overview

Our client, one of the UK’s fastest growing asset financiers, is seeking to attract and hire a Business Development Director to lead their strategic engagement with hard asset vendors and OEM’s. Their interest is particularly focused on truck and plant assets.

Their proposition offers encompassing rates of tier 1, 2 and 3, high credit acceptance levels and extremely fast service levels.

We are looking for a well-connected highly experienced originator who has a C-level network of contacts across the truck and plant sectors and the ability to re-leverage these relationships.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with our client’s CEO to introduce key contacts, propose, win and launch our client’s service.

Strategically manage relationships for national programmes won, while leveraging a nationwide network of highly experienced external sales staff to provide local support.

Utilize our client’s external sales force, which currently includes over 75 staff, to support initiatives and programmes won.

Qualifications

Established network of truck and/or plant contacts at C-level that can be re-leveraged.

Experience in 100% new business environment.

Competent gravitas and presence to operate comfortably and credibly with C-suite decision makers, driving them to action.

Motivated by high, uncapped earnings and willing to participate in the value you bring.

Current role may be with a major lessor or large broker, but you desire a more equitable reward for your contributions.

Leading earners at our client regularly achieve more than £250,000 a year, which can be replicated under our client’s uncapped pay plan.
