We’re looking for an MI Analytics Executive to join our Insurance and Money Services team. We need you to have

  • Experience working in an MI, analytics, insight, reporting or data-focused role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex or high-volume information.
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to meet deadlines and commitments.
  • A proactive and action-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and outputs.
  • The ability to stakeholder manage and collaborate on projects across different teams, including commercial and marketing functions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly, and create clear recommendations from data.
  • Confidence using standard office software and data management systems.
  • An understanding of operating within risk, control or compliance-based environments.

If you have any of these, even better

  • PowerBI skills.
  • Prior experience conducting primary research.

What’s in it for you?

  • Prepare for your retirement with our colleague pension scheme.
  • Virtual GP Service for you and your family 365 days a year.
  • Performance related annual bonus.
  • Indulge in a generous holiday allowance with a minimum of 7.2 weeks, with the opportunity to buy more.
  • Benefit from our family-oriented initiatives, including enhanced maternity leave pay, shared parental leave, and a generous 8‑week paid paternity leave.
  • Access to ongoing learning opportunities and award-winning training to help you achieve the career you want.
  • Take part in our Buy as You Earn and Save As You Earn share schemes.
