This role would suit a skilled CNC Miller or similar, with experience programming and setting CNC Millers or similar, who is confident interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining tight tolerances, and working to high quality standards within a precision engineering environment.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC Millers, ensuring components are manufactured accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent quality and health & safety standards across production.

The Role:

  • Programming, setting, and operating CNC Millers
  • Interpreting engineering drawings and tolerances
  • Manufacturing precision components for Oil & Gas, Mining, Metrology, Medical, Defence and Automotive sectors
  • Flexible shift Patterns Monday to Thursday and the choice to pick from, Morning shift 06:00 – 16:00, Day shift 07:30 – 17:00, Late shift 16:00 – 02:00
  • Overtime available paid at 1.5x

The Person:

  • CNC Miller or similar background
  • Apprenticeship trained or 3+ years machining experience
  • Experience programming and setting CNC Millers (Heidenhain or FANUC preferred)
