You will be working in the Infrastructure OU based in Peterborough where we are responsible for bringing design, build and refurbishment excellence to complex civil engineering projects nationwide – combining technical expertise with a passion for creating lasting value for people and places.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating main project programme, applying the correct coding so that the programme suits the project and Skanska’s needs.
- Programmes are clearly communicated to all users in a way that suits them and that highlights the constraints and resources that they have to work with.
- Provide the link between the planning and delivery teams initiating the short-term programme and assisting the delivery team with its development.
- Identify areas of developing programme risk with the planning and project team.
- Review supplier's programmes, ensuring that they align with the required planning standards and project requirements / dates.
Qualifications
- Understanding of various forms of construction documents, contracts and specifications.
- Experience of various methods of planning, programming, and progress monitoring working for a construction contractor.
- Relevant CSCS Card.
- Degree/HND/HNC in Construction / Engineering is preferred.
