About You
- A degree in engineering or time served apprenticeship.
- Proven leadership experience of an engineering team.
- Experience within a heavy industrial or FMCG environment.
- A strong track record of leading teams and delivering measurable improvements in performance and efficiency.
- Successful implementation of large-scale CAPEX projects.
