Nursery Manager – Happitots Erskine

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our amazing team at Happitots Erskine. The role offers a 40‑hour week with an annual salary of £35,000.

Role Overview

As a Nursery Manager, you will provide high‑quality childcare to the local community and oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the nursery to the highest standards. You will be a positive role model, live our values, and have a good understanding of the commercial aspects of running a busy nursery.

Essential Criteria

  • Hold a relevant BA Childhood Practice Management or Level 9 qualification, or be able to work toward a management qualification with SVQ3 or HNC in place.
  • Have at least 2 years of Deputy/Operational experience with children aged 0‑5.
  • Strong leadership and commercial skills to manage a busy nursery.
