Skills for Care is entering an exciting new phase. As part of our new corporate strategy, we’re strengthening our commercial activity to better support the adult social care sector. To help us do this, we’re looking for a Commercial Coordinator to support how our commercial function runs day to day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping activity organised and moving forward. You’ll coordinate commercial operations, support sales pipeline management and reporting, and help ensure activity across teams is aligned and progressing.

Working closely with the Sales & Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll support the end-to-end sales process – from pipeline tracking through to delivery – as well as contributing to product development activity and supporting bids during busy periods.

This is a hands-on, varied role at the heart of our commercial function, perfect for someone who enjoys working across teams and helping things run effectively.

If you’re looking to build your experience in a purpose-driven organisation supporting the adult social care sector, we’d love to hear from you.

At Skills for Care, we are committed to creating a culture of Belonging, where all of our People are able to contribute to their full potential. All our People are expected to contribute towards the achievement of our aspirations for equality, equity, diversity and inclusion. To find out more please check our website (https://(url removed)/About-us/Equality-diversity-and-inclusion/Equality-diversity-and-inclusion.aspx).

At Skills for Care, we want our People to be representative of the society we support, this includes all equality characteristics such as age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief. This lived experience from a diverse group of people helps us with all the work that we do and ultimately supports the social care sector to provide the best quality care. We encourage applications from, but not limited to, people from minoritised ethnic backgrounds, people who identify as LGBTQ+ and people with disabilities.

Candidates will always be selected based on experience and potential.
