Requirements

• At least 1 year of residential childcare experience
• Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Resilience, compassion, and ability to manage challenging behaviours
• Flexibility with residential rota including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid UK driving licence
