- Growth of your geographical or vertical market
- Business development to onboard and develop clients
- Working with a Resourcer to source candidates and deliver on client requirements
- Utilising CRM, job boards, LinkedIn etc to advertise, source and promote the Kingdom People Professional Services brand
- Follow up on lead generation and maximize opportunities within your market
- Collaborate with the sales team to cross‑sell and secure opportunities
Candidate
You will be an experienced recruitment consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience. You will also have the following skills, experiences and attributes:
- A proven track record in winning new business and developing clients
- 360 recruitment experience
- Permanent recruitment experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Commercial or Supply Chain
