About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Negotiator to join a busy property buying team, helping homeowners across the UK achieve fast, hassle‑free sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background looking to break into the property sector. You don't need direct property buying experience — full training will be provided — but you must be confident managing conversations, negotiating, and driving deals through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Following up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Managing inbound enquiries from homeowners
  • Explaining the buying process clearly and confidently
  • Building trust and rapport with vendors
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing terms
  • Managing deals from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Keeping accurate records of leads and ongoing transactions

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales or target‑driven environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident handling objections and closing deals
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑focused
  • Interest in developing a career within property
