- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Polished, professional appearance with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- IT skills – experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell exclusive membership packages
- Give prospective members tours of our luxury facilities
- Engage with and build relationships to maintain long-term customer loyalty
- Work towards and exceed sales targets
- Handle administration tasks, including membership paperwork and database updates
