We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Senior Manager for a Big 4 firm, supporting leading Aerospace & Defence organisations as they navigate increasing cost pressures, delivery complexity, evolving regulatory requirements and digital transformation.
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, strategically important programmes in a sector defined by long-term contracts, global supply chains and highly regulated operating environments.
You will help shape, lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives across operating model, process, data and technology while enhancing decision support, governance and performance management. Working closely with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop practical solutions, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact.
The required skills and experience include:
- Working within, or advising, Aerospace & Defence organisations
- Supporting or leading finance transformation initiatives, including operating model change, process improvement, systems implementation or data transformation.
- Experience with finance platforms and technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan or BlackLine
- Established relationships or sector profile within Aerospace & Defence would be advantageous
