Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out / Refurbishment
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Package
Hill McGlynn is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering large‑scale commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. This opportunity involves a £130m commercial fit‑out and refurbishment scheme in Mayfair, overseeing delivery of a landmark project in one of London’s most sought‑after locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a £130m commercial fit‑out/refurbishment project.
- Manage all phases of the construction process from pre‑construction through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, site teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive programme performance and resolve technical and operational challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit out and refurbishment sectors.
- Demonstrable experience delivering high‑value projects (£100m+ preferred).
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, programme management, and health & safety.
- Ability to work effectively within fast‑paced, high‑spec environments.
Qualifications
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid Package
