The Role
- Carry out Stock condition inspections on residential properties
- Produce accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- Collect property data and input into approved assessment software
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and accreditation requirements
- Manage appointments and travel within the Cannock area
- Maintain professional communication with clients and homeowners
You
- Knowledge of HHSRS
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently
