Project Manager – Signage & Display
Haringey, North London
Salary up to £40,000 (DOE)
Full-time, Permanent

We’re working with a well-established and highly respected business in the signage and display sector, currently looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to support their growing workload.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll take full ownership of projects from approval through to production, delivery, and installation, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

You’ll be the key link between production, suppliers, installers, and clients, keeping communication tight and projects moving. Due to this, this is a site-based role at the company’s offices in North London.

The Role

Scheduling & Planning

  • Manage project timelines including production, dispatch, and installation
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to plan workload and resources
  • Use project tools (e.g. Monday, Float) to track live jobs

Production Coordination

  • Prepare and issue job packs and worksheets
  • Hold regular progress reviews with production
  • Carry out daily workshop checks to monitor progress
  • Keep schedules updated and clients informed

Suppliers & Outsourcing

  • Liaise with external suppliers (e.g. fabrication, powder coating, laser cutting)
  • Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are hit
  • Coordinate outsourced processes and runs

Installations & Logistics

  • Book and brief installers clearly
  • Plan installations efficiently (grouping jobs where possible)
  • Organise deliveries, couriers, and access equipment (scissor lifts, HIABs, scaffolding)

Client Communication

  • Provide regular updates throughout each project
  • Handle delays or changes professionally
  • Work collaboratively to resolve issues quickly

Documentation & Site Coordination

  • Prepare RAMS and method statements
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Attend site visits where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Project Management experience within signage and large format graphics
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills
  • Confident communicator—internally and client-facing
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Solutions-focused with a proactive approach
  • Able to work on-site in North London

What’s on Offer

  • Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
  • Company pension
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Stable, growing business with a strong reputation in the market

If you’re someone who thrives in a busy production-led environment and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to install, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role within a solid business.
