The Role
- Develop and grow strong relationships with insurance brokers and distribution partners
- Drive new business and pipeline growth across Cyber Insurance products
- Manage and expand broker panels, identifying opportunities for increased penetration
- Represent the business credibly with senior broker stakeholders
- Consistently exceed sales and revenue targets through consultative, value-led selling
About You
- 3–5+ years’ successful Broker Sales experience, including Cyber Insurance – essential
- Strong experience selling into Insurance Brokers and/or MGAs
- Strong network of Cyber Insurance Brokers with direct contacts to key decision makers
- Clear, demonstrable record of exceptional sales performance
- Confident relationship builder with strong commercial instincts
- Professional, credible, and comfortable operating autonomously
