Overview

Our brand‑new client, with offices based in Oundle, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing team on a full‑time permanent basis (9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property sales and purchases from start to finish
  • Open files and liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other conveyancing firms
  • Conduct property and land registry searches, raise enquiries and draft contracts

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months of residential conveyancing experience managing your own caseload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Qualification is desirable; if not held, the client may support training to obtain the relevant qualification

Benefits

  • Starting salary of £28,000, with potential for increase based on length of service
